About The Position

The Project Manager - PMO at United Airlines plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects that align with the company's strategic goals. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience managing projects.
• Demonstrated successful project delivery of large, complex projects across multiple functions.
• Proven leadership skills to guide and influence project teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to interact with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage business and technical resources under an integrated project plan.

• Experience in the airline industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned projects focused on corporate and operational functions.
• Deliver high-quality artifacts through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Coach, guide, and train project team members and other PMs on project management principles and related artifacts.
• Present, escalate, and provide solutions to senior leadership regarding project progress and challenges.
• Facilitate, delegate, and motivate cross-functional groups to ensure project success.
