Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of Project Management, Product Management or Program Management experience.

Nice To Haves

• PMP or Agile certification.
• Masters / MBA degree.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering consumer facing digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and key partners.
• Design, develop and manage project plans in a dynamic environment, making revisions as needed to keep pace with changing requirements and inputs.
• Ensure projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and ensure timely delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
• Own reporting forums and escalations structure including inputs to MBRs, risk forums, portfolio reviews, and newsletters.
• Facilitate planning and prioritization processes.
• Support the team in developing and maintaining documentation, tools, and templates that facilitate efficient product delivery.
• Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure program and project plans deliver on intent.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
