Manager, Project Manager- Financial Services Command Center The Manager, Project Management in the FS Command Center is a critical position that enables leaders to execute strategic work while ensuring operational rigor. As a Manager, you should have an engaging executive presence, exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, expertise in relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. General Project Management Responsibilities: Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects and peers. Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time. Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver Drives innovation in process and execution across our portfolio Creates executive-ready presentations and materials Client Advisor Responsibilities: Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships, providing strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive client success. Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments and client satisfaction. Demonstrating exceptional influencing skills to effectively guide client and program efforts. Exhibiting a proven track record of excellent relationship management, with the ability to quickly establish structure to manage client engagements in a dynamic, complex environment. Possessing excellent communication and partnership skills, essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform, and influence client outcomes. Tackle and solve issues through escalation and articulate the issues that need to be done to elevate the team and allow easy accountability

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 5 Years of Project Management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of People Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
