About The Position

The Manager, Project Management in the FS Command Center is a critical position that enables leaders to execute strategic work while ensuring operational rigor. As a Manager, you should have an engaging executive presence, exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, expertise in relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. You should be excited about maintaining a well-managed system while advancing continuous improvements across the organization. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 5 Years of Project Management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of People Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

Responsibilities

  • Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects and peers.
  • Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
  • Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.
  • Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver Drives innovation in process and execution across our portfolio
  • Creates executive-ready presentations and materials
  • Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships, providing strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive client success.
  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrating exceptional influencing skills to effectively guide client and program efforts.
  • Exhibiting a proven track record of excellent relationship management, with the ability to quickly establish structure to manage client engagements in a dynamic, complex environment.
  • Possessing excellent communication and partnership skills, essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform, and influence client outcomes.
  • Tackle and solve issues through escalation and articulate the issues that need to be done to elevate the team and allow easy accountability
