Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Project Manager & Technical Support to lead and support initiatives within our Enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of project management expertise and hands-on technical knowledge of Salesforce to ensure successful delivery of projects and ongoing platform support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and operations, preferably within operations or Plan Sponsor Services.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and administration.
  • Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional training/experience.
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support, troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and supporting configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements and integrations.
  • Work closely with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure platform stability, performance, and alignment with user needs.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation within the Salesforce environment.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Respond to compliance-related requests and audits with accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee annual payment processes, ensuring timely execution in accordance with contracts and budget guidelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including deliverables, deadlines, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
