As a Senior Project Manager within the Financial Analytics & Reporting (FAR) team, you will be at the forefront of leading both analytics execution and project delivery. This role is responsible for driving complex, cross-functional projects that support enterprise reporting modernization, operational efficiency, and vendor strategy. We're looking for someone who blends strong leadership and structure with the flexibility and collaboration it takes to work across business, technical, and executive stakeholders. This is a highly visible role where you'll lead strategic programs that span analytics delivery, process redesign, automation, and capability building. You'll drive enterprise-wide initiatives focused on modernizing reporting, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing automation solutions.

  • Lead projects supporting FAR transformation, automation, or reporting innovation.
  • Create and manage projects, including interdependencies and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to define success criteria, business needs, and delivery milestones.
  • Drive execution through structured routines, clear communication, and active risk management.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Partner with leadership to translate strategy into executable programs with clear value delivery.
  • Analyze data trends and patterns to identify insights, performance drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of reporting solutions that guide key decisions.
  • Validate data and documentation to ensure integrity, accuracy, and quality across deliverables.
  • Create and automate recurring reports using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Continuously improve and refine reporting processes, standards, and tools.
  • Work cross-functionally to align reporting with strategic business priorities.
  • Engage in data audits, workflow validations, and resolution of data quality issues.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders across departments including Compliance, Medical Management, and Vendor Operations.
  • Act as a partner in innovation-exploring tools like AI, predictive analytics, and automation platforms (e.g., Nadia, Artley) to enhance reporting impact.
  • Escalate issues proactively and work collaboratively to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support change management efforts and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SQL and reporting/data visualization.
  • 3+ years of experience in project/program management in analytics or transformation domains.
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams to deliver data or tech solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in health insurance, managed care, or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Project management experience.
  • Affordable medical plan options.
  • 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions).
  • Employee stock purchase plan.
  • No-cost programs for all colleagues including wellness screenings, tobacco cessation and weight management programs, confidential counseling and financial coaching.
  • Benefit solutions that address the different needs and preferences of our colleagues including paid time off, flexible work schedules, family leave, dependent care resources, colleague assistance programs, tuition assistance, retiree medical access and many other benefits depending on eligibility.
