About The Position

The purpose of this job is to lead the Projects / TAs Execution and Construction function within the Americas, develop, retain and attract highly skilled and competent resources within the execution function, and provide effective management and execution of projects and TAs to meet all SHE requirements while ensuring competitive, reliable and efficient delivery. The role also involves developing and maintaining key practices and approaches to deliver high performance and ensuring business and operational goals and objectives are met based on Projects / TA delivery.
