About The Position

The Project Manage r – Strategy & Solutions plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex legal and operational projects across the organization. This role bridges legal expertise within the business immigration space , project management, and strategic execution to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders alike . The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • 4+ years’ relevant and/or industry experience
  • Understanding of proprietary immigration case management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional legal and strategic client-facing and internal projects on budget and on time.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, and identify resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and client legal teams and other operations stakeholders to align project outcomes with organizational goals.
  • Engage with clients to enhance program management and client satisfaction by facilitating Voice of the Client (VoC) sessions, creating client journey mapping, and utilizing those client inputs to provide expert project management support to deliver desired project outcomes and elevate the overall client experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze and evaluate data and make informed decisions around the strategic design and development of legal process improvements and support the delivery of those solutions through project management frameworks and best practices across departments.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies throughout project lifecycles.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, legal developments, and emerging technologies that impact project execution.
