You will evaluate and solve difficult problems that impact the overall success using logical and analytical problem-solving skills. This role provides leadership on enterprise level programs and large-scale corporate projects, while also providing direct management of a Project Manager and a Business Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will strive to increase the effectiveness of the DDWA PMO’s processes and toolsets by collaborating with business partners, team members, other PMO resources, and staff to find opportunities to continuously improve throughput. As Manager, PMO, you will empower project teams by building morale and trust to support project implementations, overcome constraints, mitigate risks, and maintain leadership alignment while also leading complex, large-scale programs. The pay range for this position in Western Washington varies between$109,100.00 – $171,200.00 and for Eastern Washington varies between $87,500.00- $143,800.00 Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza Corp. intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
