Our goal is to be a catalyst and enabler for the business to achieve its growth targets through the delivery of quality, well-managed marketing campaigns. The Manager, Marketing Operations, will be responsible for engaging with leaders across the business to enable delivery of marketing and servicing campaigns that support the strategy of the organization. The Manager will be responsible for independently leading and overseeing highly complex campaigns including schedule building, communication, problem solving, progress updates, and fulfillment. The Manager will also be responsible for identifying improvements and establishing new processes. The Manager will be expected to support leadership in the overall operation of the Marketing Operations including reporting/metrics, forecasting, capacity planning and enabling associates to deliver their best work across creative, digital, and segmentation builds.
