We are looking for you to join our team as a Manager of Project Management 2 based in Sunnyvale, California. You will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of ongoing and future development of the training program/team.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, OR a Master’s degree and 6 or more years of relevant work experience
  • Professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, training experience, and/or manufacturing related functions
  • Must have experience leading Teams, creating processes, and/or projects
  • Experience with ERP/MRP system in a manufacturing environment
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a STEM field or management
  • Formal training experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the requirements and execution of new employee onboarding programs
  • Oversee assignment of systems access requests and Initial Lx training curriculum
  • Manage new hires during the onboarding process and first several weeks of employment
  • Responsible for the training records of the new hires
  • Understand and utilize Processes & Tools to improve and optimize training program
  • Understand and support Requirements from peer and senior Management for training content improvements and expansion
  • Facilitate procedure reviews/updates with subject matter experts & content owners
  • Acts as primary focal point to work with other organizations incorporating training/documented procedures
  • Interfaces with production technical trainers to relay updates in procedures that may affect training content
  • Support Staffing Integration
  • Support Program Reviews & Presentations
  • Monitor Dashboards / Metrics for training improvement opportunities
  • Support Customer Engagement & Satisfaction
  • Own Action Items and Follow-through
