  • Manage the budget of an assigned portfolio of work, establishing and monitoring business plans and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performance culture and a learning organization within the Project Management team.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for direct reports, including performance feedback and growth opportunities.
  • Interface with other departments and represent Exelon to other business units regarding project management tools and processes.
  • Facilitate open communication across the organization, ensuring employee grievances are addressed and communication effectiveness is assessed.
  • Manage large and complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field and 7-10 years of relevant project management experience, or 9-12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the ability to achieve PMP within two years of job entry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing large, complex projects using established project management techniques.
  • Proven leadership ability in a high-performance culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus, communicate effectively, and engage others in processes.
  • Master's degree in engineering or Business Administration.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience or knowledge in utility design/planning/construction or Information Technology.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Annual salary range: USD $120,800.00/Yr. - USD $181,200.00/Yr.
  • Annual bonus for eligible positions: 20%.
