How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Supervise the project engineering scope for proper execution of projects such that they are completed as per the expected safety, quality, budget, schedule and cost objectives; Project engineering management group Manager is accountable for the development of the the staff, the tools and the procedure of Projects engineering management. Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering) required
  • At least 10 years of working experience, with experience in related field: Project Management or Project engineering management;
  • Good team management skills and communication skills;
  • Fluent in English, good at computer operation.

Responsibilities

  • Guide resources of the project engineering management group to complete their assignments in accordance with overall objectives of project engineering management;
  • Provide assistance to Project Engineers to solve problems occurring during project execution;
  • Overview project progress and report on project situation, main issues, and risks;
  • Support the development, improvement and implementation of working procedures, tools and best practices in relation with project engineering management, and insure their implementation;
  • Propose, organize or conduct training courses in relationship with Project engineering management;
  • Define project engineering management group members mission and objectives, review and report on their performance;
  • Monitor the proper induction of new employees within project engineering management group with respect to Project engineering management competency;
  • Establish, update and follow up the implementation of the training plan for project engineering management group members.
  • Working with global on the project engineering management topics: procedure update or review/improvement project.
