This position manages cost and schedule functions for large, complex transit infrastructure and highway projects, including budgeting, cost forecasting, schedule reviews, cost control, and project reporting across multiple initiatives. The incumbent collaborates with internal departments and consultant teams to oversee budget, cost and schedule, while preparing analytical reports and dashboards for senior leadership to support decision-making.
