The Project/Program Manager, for Lead to Cash (LTC), will join a high-impact team, in DIO-CRO, accountable and responsible for managing a cross-functional portfolio, individually having strategic and operational program management responsibilities for Equinix’s LTC strategic initiatives. The LTC PM is responsible for initiatives driving continuous improvement and transformation to our lead management, opportunity & quote management, pricing & product operations, technical sales operations, service delivery orchestration, financial management, partner operations, and corresponding systems enablement functions, required to support the sales organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in SAFe framework, and will have a proven track record of managing global teams and executing large-scale Agile projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills in JIRA and Confluence, as well as deep domain knowledge in sales, marketing, order management, and customer care within a global enterprise environment. This is an office-flexible role. In office expectations are 2+ days/week to support customers and/or collaborate with their teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience of complex project management.
  • Deep subject matter expertise of Lead to Cash business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency of business processes.
  • Solution oriented with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to define goals and metrics, develop actionable plans.
  • Ability to assess situations and make decisions systematically.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly.
  • Deep understanding of working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in ambiguity.
  • Specific examples of managing large, cross-functional transformation projects.
  • Accountability for achieving personal and team goals.
  • Experience with Project Management tools.
  • Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Program/project management of scope, schedule and budgets.
  • Dependency & risk management.
  • Strategic planning and thought leadership.
  • Stakeholder management across multiple levels of executive leadership and teams.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Partner closely with technology program director, business subject matter experts, product development and change management/enablement teams.
  • Oversight and ownership of business readiness and activation within overall LTC program.
  • Develop detailed program plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Drive accountability for timely delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate Project Core Team meetings.
  • Participate in large-scale SAFe Program Increment (PI) planning workshops.
  • Manage, motivate and champion a team of cross-functional project members.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
  • Identify and remove potential risks and issues.
  • Manage and cultivate trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders, partners and PMOs.
  • Leverage data insights to propose project execution strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process and policy improvements.
