About The Position

Maintain open lines of communication among project participants, sponsors, clients, and stakeholders Identify project risks and vulnerabilities, develop contingency plans, and conduct regular and ad hoc project reviews Plan, estimate, organize, staff, and monitor construction and operational projects using established tools and methods Communicate reporting requirements and implement monitoring and control mechanisms to track progress Support budget management by using basic budgeting tools and assisting with reports, data collection, and change orders Ensure construction quality, safety, and compliance by monitoring workmanship, enforcing standards, and supporting safety programs Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to resolve issues and drive results What You’ll Bring... The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
