About The Position
The Manager Program/Project Management is responsible for ensuring the overall success of a team of both process experts and document analysts that drive key requirements for the Federal Employee Program (FEP) business. As a leader, you will oversee the review and allocation of all tasks, ensuring consistent outcomes and high-quality standards. This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.
