Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in relevant discipline or Associate Degree with equivalent experience.
5 â 8 years of relevant experience or 3 â 5 years with a Master's degree.
2 years of related healthcare or pharmaceutical experience.
1 year of previous managerial experience.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage urgent issues.

Responsibilities

Manage program(s) per the scope of work, program and standard operating procedures within the contracted budget.
Supervise day-to-day program activities and ensure proper workflow.
Establish priorities for the team to ensure task completion.
Monitor program metrics to ensure adherence to SLAs.
Facilitate client relationship management and ensure program compliance.
Participate in the training and development of team members.
Collaborate with senior management on operational improvements.
