The Manager, Program Management role will be a key contributor to the Incubation team in driving UAT and Pilot for newly created Guided Work Flow to support associate success. What you'll do... You’ll sweep us off our feet if: You know Program Management fundamentals and manage complex data driven programs You’re familiar with Marketplace support operations You are able to build strong relationships with your cross-functional partners in the organization You’re organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously You have high standards and can hold contributors accountable You are able to drive creative feedback mechanisms from raw associate feedback to actional inputs to Engineering/Product You have experience in the Marketplace Channel You’re stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale You’ll make an impact by: Manage a team of support associates to drive UAT and pilot testing of new Guided Workflows Drive effective feedback loop: Enable a robust feedback mechanism from incorporating support associate feedback, review and modify into actionable inputs for ops, engineering or product teams Create a successful testing program: Create and drive testing program to improve and accelerate guided workflow rollouts with effective and timely communication of roadblocks to respective teams Building strategic relationships: Able to maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams to maximize the output and efficiency. Drive weekly rhythms with relevant teams to drive improvements and impact Operational Excellence – Able to map processes and identify bottlenecks/problems and drive improvements by setting right KPIs and metrics. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
