About The Position

Continental Electronics Corporation is a leading provider of RF technologies and innovative solutions with over 75 years of proven performance. CEC has experienced significant recent growth and has established itself as the go-to supplier for a diversified product line supporting a wide spectrum of markets from commercial products, military customers, to space research laboratories. Continental Electronics Corporation (CEC), a subsidiary of OSI Systems, Inc., seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead program finance activities. This role will be responsible for program-level financial oversight, supporting a high-tech manufacturing environment with a strong focus on government contracting. The Manager of Program Finance will oversee 4 program analysts and collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Service, Operations, and Engineering. This person will be a key resource to the Group Controller and Senior Leadership. The job will begin in Dallas and will change in the Spring to Richardson (75082).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 5+ years in program finance
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and government contracting (CP/FP/T&M)
  • Experience with Deltek, Oracle EPM Cloud, and complex HFM reporting and consolidation
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word; skilled in cost estimation and financial modeling with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to obtain DoD issued Secret Clearance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting across CEC programs
  • Provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead real-time financial performance monitoring
  • Monitor program costs, schedules, and risks; develop mitigation strategies
  • Drive monthly and quarterly planning cycles
  • Support business development proposals, strategic initiatives, and investment evaluations
  • Lead and mentor a team of program financial analysts
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Prepare variance analyses, productivity studies, and non-standard management reports
