We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Program Engagement & Portfolio Integration to be based in Jacksonville, FL. The Manager, Program Engagement & Portfolio Integration, leads the performance measurement, field engagement efforts, and offerings integration for the ACUVUE Preferred Program. They focus on optimizing program adoption, supporting sales teams with tools and materials, and analyzing data to enhance program effectiveness. Additionally, they will oversee the seamless integration of offerings within the program portfolio to ensure alignment and drive overall growth.

  • Serve as the product owner for our performance measurement platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and insights.
  • Manage field engagement strategies by supporting regional and sales teams with program tools, materials, and deployment, enhancing program adoption and execution in the field.
  • Oversee offerings integration within the program portfolio, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment of products and services.
  • Monitor program performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with internal partners to implement strategies that maximize impact.
  • Create compelling reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting program performance and potential areas for development.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with field teams to gather feedback, identify pain points, and continuously improve engagement touchpoints.
  • Bachelor's degree is required, MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of business / work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or sales experience with a strong track record of business results.
  • Experience in a MedTech / medical device business is preferred.
  • Strong track record of success developing and driving business plans, measuring and delivering results is desired.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to set a vision, identify new opportunities, develop new ways of working, pinpoint solutions to complex problems and overcome obstacles is preferred.
  • Must possess strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams across a matrix.
  • Must be able to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
