About The Position

Procore is seeking a Manager of Project Management (Enterprise) to own, drive, scale, and inspire a team of talented individuals focused on leading professional services delivery projects for our Enterprise customers. The Professional Services team is vital to Procore, instrumental to long-term profitability, and encompasses onboarding, training, services, and product adoption. This role will focus on evolving our current implementation processes to scale at hyper-growth speeds and deliver on Professional Services commitments while leading a team by Procore's values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership. As a Manager of Project Management (Enterprise), you'll partner with Sales, Technical Services, and Enterprise clients to oversee project execution, ensure Statement of Work compliance, and refine operational metrics. Requirements

• Up to 25% travel; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of previous customer implementation services experience on SaaS software platforms.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience with creation and/or delivery of Statements of Work (with values in the six figures+).
• Proven ability to communicate project status, risks, and progress to Enterprise leaders and C-Level Executives.
• Experience delivering services to Enterprise-level clients in collaboration with Technical Services and Sales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience related to Top ENR construction and/or financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall success of a team of project managers overseeing our Enterprise business accounts in the United States.
• Provide oversight on active projects to ensure Statement of Work compliance and delivery of commitments for six-figure services offerings.
• Attain mastery over and become a subject matter expert in Procore services engagements.
• Manage implementation activities and track KPIs including Billable Utilization, On-Time and On-Budget projects, and rapid customer adoption.
• Measure the effectiveness of the project management team by refining operational metrics and providing status updates to the executive team.
• Guide the team in effective client issue resolution and handle escalations.
• Develop employees, retain talent, and define career paths.
• Collaborate with Sales, driving services scoping and discussions during the sales process.
