About The Position

About the Role The Contract PD & Supply Manager is the catalyst for turning Beauty product briefs into manufacturable, compliant, costed, and available products across brands by bridging Product Development (PD), contract manufacturers (CMs/fillers), and supply planning to deliver on-time launches and reliable replenishment. What You'll Do

Responsibilities

• Supplier & Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with contract manufacturers, fillers, packaging suppliers, and logistics providers; Negotiate lead times, monitor supplier performance, and resolve bottlenecks or quality issues quickly
• PD-to-Production Transfer : Translate product development to commercialization by finalizing product specs, overseeing trial runs and tests, and managing change control with Regulatory/QA partners
• Production & Capacity Planning : Reserve and allocate production based on service level requirements, supplier KPIs, and available capacity
• Supply Management : Oversee timing and releasing of POs, in partnership with inventory management, merch & DC teams
• Cost and Inventory Optimization : Manage COGS and PPV by setting component targets and safety stock, reduce write-offs/expiry, and deliver value-engineering and packaging/sourcing alternatives.
• Timeline Management: Oversees timeline to ensure program is on track. Identifies key milestones holding stakeholders accountable for achieving key dates. Calls out critical concerns that could jeopardize timing to market with a solution oriented mindset to work through challenges to maintain timing.
