About The Position

The product operations team enables product excellence at scale at Datadog. As a manager of product operations, you will lead and grow a team of experienced product operations specialists, while also delivering high-quality operational support to product managers, leadership and other cross-functional partners. This is a hands-on management role: you will coach and mentor team members, set clear priorities, and build scalable processes that enable world-class product operations. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator, comfortable representing the team to product leadership at the VP+ level.

  • Lead product-wide communications and operational support for major events such as user conferences, product summits, all-team meetings, and cross-functional forums.
  • Incorporate user voice into the product development process.
  • Drive centralized product knowledge and enablement, ensuring PMs and stakeholders have the tools, resources, and education needed to succeed.
