About The Position

The Manager of Product Marketing & Events will report to the Director of Product Marketing & Events, and will manage high-impact events and a product marketing portfolio. This role will manage and produce strategic Reveal events, tradeshows and conferences, VIP field demo experiences, and VIP dinners and social events. This role will also be responsible for managing product marketing for a portfolio of Reveal’s products at the direction of the Director of Product Marketing, building a Product Marketing content portfolio for Sales with messaging one-pagers, short form video, video tutorials, sales decks, and customer case studies. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented events pro and product marketer who can both design successful event strategies and execute asset creation with precision, working closely with the CMO, Director of Product Marketing & Events, Sales and Product leadership.

Requirements

  • Location: Bozeman, MT
  • 5-7 years of experience in Events Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role at a high-velocity tech company, management consulting firm, or startup.
  • Proven experience in managing and producing a range of events, from large conferences to intimate VIP experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality marketing assets (e.g., one-pagers, case studies, videos) that drive product adoption and sales.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience crafting compelling product narratives and sales-facing content.

Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy and Execution: Owns industry & owned event execution, managing and producing all key events, including conferences, VIP dinners, VIP happy hours, and VIP BattleLab field demos.
  • Sales Enablement Collateral: Owns the creation and management of all sales enablement collateral and the product marketing content for a defined product portfolio (one-pagers, case studies, short-form videos, keynote tutorials, decks), working directly with Sales and Product leaders.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track marketing and sales success metrics related to events and product marketing assets, ensuring data integrity for reporting and demonstrating business impact.
