Postscript is redefining marketing for ecommerce companies by introducing SMS as a new channel for engagement, retention, and conversion. As the Manager of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Postscript's Core SMS Product and Platform. This position requires close collaboration with various teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, drive competitive intelligence efforts, and contribute to product growth and adoption across multiple customer segments. In this role, you will lead the development of differentiated messaging and positioning for Postscript's Core SMS Product and Platform, ensuring that it resonates with different customer segments. You will collaborate with Product Marketing leadership to create a unified narrative across all Postscript product lines. Additionally, you will build and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansions, working closely with Product Management, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Your responsibilities will also include partnering with the Director of Enablement on competitive intelligence efforts, ensuring that the sales and marketing teams are equipped with the necessary insights to outperform key competitors. You will work closely with Product Managers, GTM teams, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure alignment between product strategy and go-to-market execution. As a team leader, you will initially develop one direct report, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities.
