About The Position

The Product Manager for Capital One Shopping will focus on optimizing the user experience for coupons, a key feature of the Capital One Shopping platform. This role involves using data to inform product decisions, enhancing existing features, and developing new ones to drive user engagement and savings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, data analysis, and a passion for creating intuitive customer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 3 years of experience in digital product management
• At least 3 years experience working with SQL

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• MBA or Master's degree
• 5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Responsibilities

• Launch tests and analyze results to develop a best-in-class experience that users value.
• Serve as the subject matter expert in your product space with a deep understanding of user values and intent.
• Become an expert on the coupons marketplace, understanding where we stand relative to competitors.
• Own day to day setting and monitoring of KPIs - requires strong SQL/data analysis skills.
• Gather as much data as possible across multiple sources to understand users' shopping journeys, identifying pain points where product improvements can create value.
• Dive deep into the data to analyze user intent, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and create a more seamless experience.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to bring new products to life.
• Develop, manage, and execute a product agenda.
