About the Team As a Manager, Product Management on the Endpoints Product team, you will be at the heart of shaping the associate technology experience from their very first day. You will initially own the product strategy for our "Software Shop," a new internal platform that provides 70,000+ associates with the critical applications and tools they need to do their best work. Your mission is to transform it from a requisition tool into a predictive, intelligent engine that eliminates friction for users and approvers, proactively anticipates associate needs, and empowers our workforce. Imagine a new software developer joining and having the exact right tools 'pushed' to them on day one, empowering them to be immediately productive instead of waiting for access. The ideal candidate is obsessed with creating frictionless user experiences and is energized by the challenge of improving how their colleagues work. You are a data-driven, strategic thinker who can define and measure success through clear KPIs, and are skilled at building alignment with a diverse set of stakeholders across technology, security, and business lines. This role offers a significant growth path. Success in revolutionizing the Software Shop will lead to owning the broader employee onboarding technology strategy, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience that minimizes time-to-first-productivity for the tens of thousands of associates we onboard annually. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
