Payments & Fraud is focused on providing best in class payments & fraud experience across all stakeholders of the Capital One Travel business - customers, suppliers and agents. The Product Manager on our Payments & Fraud Foundations team will own the overall payments and fraud platforms, including all our services that enable pay-ins, payouts and fraud checks and will be responsible for building, maintaining and improving the API interfaces to these services that will be used across all internal teams. They will own all third party integrations and will be responsible for building resilience and redundancies to maintain our platform SLAs. In this role, you will: Own the payments & fraud platforms end to end and be the SME to all other COT and C1 teams Define and prioritize the roadmap and investment areas for payments & fraud Work closely with business, data and engineering teams to define, build and deliver product features - from creating business cases, to development, release and gathering feedback Create the path to synergize COT payments & fraud with the other Capital One products and services, to operate as one cohesive unit Work closely with finance and CX teams to ensure they have the right tooling to serve our customers and suppliers Manager, Product Management (PXDP50) Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology.
