The Manager, Global Streaming Research & Insights leads consumer-driven product insights to guide the development of innovative streaming experiences for Paramount+ and Pluto TV. Reporting to the VP, this role ensures product evolution aligns with user expectations and behaviors, with a specific focus on the Connected TV (CTV) and mobile environments. You will be part of a team tasked with developing a deep knowledge of global audiences and disseminating those findings to support Paramount’s streaming goals. his role requires someone who has 3-5+ years of experience in UX or product research, with robust skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods across CTV and mobile platforms. They should prosper at synthesizing insights and communicating findings in a dynamic and dynamic environment. A candidate with an affinity for media and streaming is a must.
