About The Position

Nufarm Americas Inc. is seeking a Manager, Product & Financial Insights - Canada for its offices in Alsip, IL Job Description: 1. Oversee demand plans and monitor inventory levels to ensure harmony with long term Marketing plans, sales strategies, annual forecasts, annual demand and phasing, inventory requirements and safety stock. 2. Conduct net price uploads to Demantra and verify that demand plans are accurate. 3. Coordinate with Production Planners to ensure on time inventory delivery and monitor for upside / downside potential in a timely manner to allow for proper production actions. 4. Building financial plans and forecasts for the Canadian sales and margin for product lines. 5. Providing strategic financial guidance related to the Canadian business. 6. Eligible for part-time telecommuting. Domestic and international travel required up to 10% of the time Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the arts or sciences, plus three (3) years of business experience in an Agribusiness Manufacturing/Operations environment. Domestic and international travel required up to 10% of the time. Experience must include: • Three (3) years of experience in People Management/Directing others. • Three (3) years of experience in Business Analytics. • Demonstrated knowledge of Demand and Supply planning.
