About The Position
CNO Financial Group is hiring a Manager, Product Development- Worksite to be responsible for providing subject matter expertise to develop, design, and implement insurance products and enhancements across the CNO insurance brands specifically within our Worksite division. This position involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams including New Business/Underwriting, Operations, IT, Legal/Compliance, Actuarial, Finance, and Sales/Marketing. This is your opportunity to work closely with management and lead various product project team members to deliver on the product priorities as established in the product roadmap.
