Requirements

MS/PhD in Food Science or Science related
Minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably in the food industry and CPG companies
Able to develop and drive technical projects with proper scientific rigor: link with appropriate expertise, build detailed hypothesis, conduct appropriate testing, gather, analyze data, and develop recommendations based on findings.
Demonstrated project management skills to navigate complexity and drive clarity and focus is preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, on average, with both domestic and international travel possible.

Nice To Haves

Deep understanding of fats and oil and their applications of biscuit formulation/processes is a strong plus.
