Requirements

  • MS/PhD in Food Science or Science related
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably in the food industry and CPG companies
  • Able to develop and drive technical projects with proper scientific rigor: link with appropriate expertise, build detailed hypothesis, conduct appropriate testing, gather, analyze data, and develop recommendations based on findings.
  • Demonstrated project management skills to navigate complexity and drive clarity and focus is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, on average, with both domestic and international travel possible.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep understanding of fats and oil and their applications of biscuit formulation/processes is a strong plus.
