We're looking for a Manager, Product Developer to lead end-to-end product development of our tops category from concept to production. You'll promote quality, cost, and sourcing strategies while partnering across design, supply chain, and merchandising. This is a hands-on role for a product expert ready to bring innovative, high-quality tops to market at an iconic brand. About the Job Manage the execution of all product development, costing, and sourcing activities, from proto samples to final manufacturing ready package in-line with supply chain strategies, cost, quality, and SCOC (Supplier Code of Conduct) requirements. Manage execution of all GTM Calendar development activities and drive accountabilities across all phases of development to ensure dates are met Manage execution of Protos/Samples/Pre-Production activities and monitor timely receipt to meet all deadlines Support execution of sourcing strategies across categories Lead seasonal costing activities; gather all prices and align to FOB target Partner with Supply Planning to ensure all Pre-Production activities are on track to meet the scheduled first cut dates at all production locations Help resolve quality issues About You Bachelor's Degree in textile industry or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience; multi-category experience preferred Knowledge of garment construction and a variety of fabrications in Knits, Sweaters, Woven and Outerwear. Strong product development background including product development, sourcing, and costing Lead end‑to‑end Tops product development with strong raw material and fabric expertise, driving cost, material risk, and executional readiness across seasons through close cross‑functional partnership. Strong systems background - deep knowledge of PLM systems and ability extract relevant data Expert/advanced knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel (can perform complex functions) and Outlook Uses AI tools to analyze product and cost data, quickly surface insights and risks, reduce manual work, and continuously improve PD workflows — while operating within LS&Co. AI, data, and security guidelines. Pattern making experience a plus Able to travel internationally up to 10% This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs. The expected starting salary range for this role is $112,500 - $165,000 per year . We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
