Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required
10+ years of progressive professional experience
Advanced expertise in golf club design and CAD software (Unigraphics)
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes)
Recognized for original contributions in the field of golf club design
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Advanced knowledge of computer-based modeling and analysis tools
Proven ability to innovate and drive complex design projects
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
