About The Position

The Procurement and Contracts Manager will manage the end-to-end procurement processes including purchasing, GPO management, contracts review and compliance, vendor management and work with all areas of the organization to ensure cost, quality and compliance are accurate and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Mgmt, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of the procurement processes, purchasing processes and contract management.
  • Experience in GPO, contract, and procurement management.
  • Previous management experience in a procurement or contracts environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Mgmt, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, purchasing processes, and contract management.
  • Strong understanding of GPO relationships, compliance goals, category management
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with cross functional teams and driving change within a healthcare environment.
