About The Position

This role is based in our Newton, MA office We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented, & operationally savvy Process Operations Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task and stay organized while working on a variety of different projects & managing team members within a fast-paced environment. This person will report to the Director of Process Operations and will manage team members across the organization to help with various product marketing & operational support as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & PPT
  • 3-5 years experience managing brand campaigns, people & workload monitoring
  • Ability to multi-task and excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities with great efficiency
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with any of the following platforms; Google Ad Manager (a necessary requirement for the position), AdDaptive, Xandr, Airtory, Zendesk, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance including creating process documentation, answer questions, etc to team members who will serve as project management support for a variety of brand campaigns & projects
  • Manage the day to day of team members monitoring work load & assigning projects and accounts
  • Manage a team of individuals who will perform operational needs with a focus on ensuring brand campaign setup & fulfillment requirements are met. This includes daily tasks like; branner setup across various systems, campaign updates campaign performance monitoring, forecasting, & optimizations, etc.
  • Work closely with various internal teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve brand campaign issues & identify recommendations for process improvements
  • Create & maintain best practices and create documentation and checklists to share across the team.
