Manager, Process Manager - Data Management As a data management process team member on the Enterprise Customer Data Management team, you will be partnering with engineers and product owners making sure our data meets the highest levels of quality and governance. Our divisional data footprint is expansive and leveraged across the entire organization. As a data management team member you will leverage process management and technical skills to document, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions in our target state platforms. This is a hands-on, tactical, and visible role that will allow an individual to partner with multiple teams and various levels of the organization in successfully managing this expansive data footprint. In this role you will: Support the enterprise customer and partner towers in creating a centralized data management & governance team Lead and contribute to data management & governance initiatives and deliver target state features Partner across towers with product and tech partners in understanding existing processes, tools, and data footprint and transfer responsibilities to centralized team governing data accurately and completely Lead, create, and share processes within and across towers enabling horizontal data governance to support at scale Develop into a subject matter expert of tools and processes governing data management footprint Establish and govern processes supporting data registration, access, governance, risk, and data quality.
