About The Position

Manager, Process Management (Auto) As a Manager, Process Management at Capital One, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to your customer each time. The Process Manager will play a key role in delivering processes that impact the company’s bottom line. In this position you will contribute immediately while strengthening your process management best practices.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least 4 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification

Responsibilities

  • Creating and validating processes
  • Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
  • Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues with systems used or owned by a department
  • Analyzing, identifying, and partnering to remediate risks within assigned process; including upstream and downstream impact identification
  • Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings, including presenting and sending status updates to Senior Leaders
  • Leading a team of associates
