Reporting to the Director of Process Excellence, this role will support the development, implementation, and evolution of Suffolk's Operations Playbook - our source of truth for how Suffolk builds. This individual will play a key role in maintaining Suffolk's standards of operational excellence by developing and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, and templates in close partnership with process owners and business leaders across the organization. This role requires a thoughtful, highly collaborative, and action-oriented professional who can work cross-functionally to both codify what's working and help design what's next - especially in emerging verticals and new markets and sectors where processes are still being defined. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and doer, passionate about consistency and continuous improvement.
