About The Position

Drive operational efficiency and service quality for the Company’s MIS shared services by leading strategic improvements across key global processes. Ensure essential administrative tasks are handled effectively while defining roles and responsibilities. Lead and coach employees and contractors, manage service providers, plan and execute changes, and partner closely with internal audit and senior stakeholders. Oversee MIS shared services operations to deliver high-quality services across all sites, promote engagement, and address concerns promptly. Lead transformation initiatives to improve budgeting and reporting processes, redesign cost center structures, and implement process optimization leveraging best practices. Coordinate contract management with Global Supply Chain, support vendor negotiations, and ensure compliance. Identify risks, implement controls, and collaborate with internal audit for strong governance and accurate documentation. Manage or participate in special projects with global scope and cross-functional impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and eight (8) years of progressive experience in project management and leadership, including responsibility for multiple workstreams, risk management, and internal controls; OR
  • Associate’s degree and ten (10) years of progressive experience in project management and leadership; OR
  • High School Diploma/GED and twelve (12) years of progressive experience in project management and leadership
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build relationships to influence strategy
  • Strong leadership skills to drive results and create clear structures, processes, and accountability
  • Problem-solving and project management skills with attention to detail and big-picture thinking
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to create actionable improvements
  • Ability to leverage business and organizational knowledge across functions
