The Manager, Pricing Strategy will be responsible for collecting market intelligence, mapping shifts in the market, planning needed adjustments to progress Global Pricing Excellence around margin $ growth through pricing and/or volume. The role will act as a “Player/Coach” delivering pricing and revenue growth levers to advance AGI's market position and vision of organic profitable growth. The incumbent will work with Sales Teams on Revenue Management Toolkit, Margin Enhancement Pricing Playbook, Dealer Trade programs, End Customer pricing promotions and situational discounting policy and governance. In addition, this role will work with key Sales Leaders to design revenue models by micro market archetype to propose and evaluate value creation opportunities.
