About The Position

Revelyst, is a collective of makers who design and manufacture performance gear and precision technologies. Our category-defining brands leverage meticulous craftsmanship and cross-collaboration to pursue innovation and redefine what is humanly possible in the outdoors. The Manager, Pricing & Promotions will be responsible for optimizing and planning the revenues and margins of golf products through effective pricing, promotions and analytics at Revelyst Precision Sports Technology. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Financial Planning and Analysis and is based out of our San Diego office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive pricing experience
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, present findings in a clear and concise manner, and influence decision-makers
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Constantly evaluate and update the product pricing based on corporate strategy, financial goals, macroeconomic conditions, competitive intelligence, sales pace, inventory levels, margins through data-driven what-if analyses while collaboratively working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Work with Marketing team to review and approve promotional offers and discounts for maximizing the revenue and margins.
  • Support in building a revenue planning muscle, leveraging sell-through data, demand plans, new product launch targets, & market insights.
  • Partner with IT and other cross-functional business partners on revenue & unit dashboard creation to enhance visibility into channel and customer trends.
  • Support product management and marketing teams on evaluating business plans for new product lines/business objectives and developing ROI analyses on key tooling and investments.
  • Design, conduct, and report on AB tests for pricing, promotions, and other revenue controls by working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Conduct look-back analyses and report on the performance of pricing actions and promotional offers.
  • Manage financial controls and report on pricing, promotions, discounts, refunds, credits, returns, and other policies that impact revenue and margins.
