About The Position

We are seeking a Manager, Pricing Operations to lead and manage our team of pricing execution specialists. This role is focused on people leadership, team performance, and ensuring the timely and efficient execution of all pricing implementation requests. The ideal candidate is an experienced people manager skilled in workload management, team development, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or 10 years of experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is required.
  • Experience managing a team responsible for execution against SLAs in a fast-paced and complex technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and manage the performance of a team of pricing execution specialists, including conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities, workload distribution, and resource planning for the team to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Ensure the team meets and exceeds all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the timely implementation of pricing, promotions, and business rules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding the status of their execution requests.
  • Ensure the team is properly trained on and strictly adheres to all standard operating procedures and quality frameworks.
  • Handle all administrative management duties for the team, including scheduling, time approval, and productivity reporting.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture focused on execution excellence.
