About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Five years of physician practice experience, with at least two years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of management theory and practices, preferably in healthcare.
• Understanding of federal and state medical insurance requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with budget management and financial decision-making.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Review profit/loss statements and make recommendations on budget allocations.
• Serve as a liaison for physicians regarding administrative issues.
• Resolve employee disputes and patient complaints.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for records and databases.
• Monitor budget development and monthly expense and revenue reports.
• Assist in daily operations to ensure continued functionality of the practice.
• Monitor patient flow and participate in marketing activities for the practice.
• Develop contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances.
• Participate in preparedness and response to external agencies and assist with quality improvement evaluations.
