Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
  • Expertise in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query), data modeling, and dashboard development.
  • Strong understanding of retail metrics and operational reporting (sales, margin, turn, inventory, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead BI Strategy & Team Development: Guide the design and optimization of dashboards and reporting tools, and mentor the team to foster ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Reporting Automation & Efficiency: Oversee automation of recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed and ensure consistent, high-quality insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Request Management: Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs and prioritize and manage incoming requests aligned with strategic goals.
  • Power BI Development & Enablement: Lead development of Power BI dashboards and tools and provide training to promote self-service analytics and data literacy.
  • Data Governance & Infrastructure Alignment: Ensure clean, reliable data through strong governance practices and align reporting infrastructure with IT and source system.
