The Population Health Operations Manager is a pivotal leader within INTEGRIS Health Partners (IHP) and the INTEGRIS Health Integrated Network (CIN), responsible for ensuring the operational excellence and strategic growth of our clinically integrated network. This role is designed to strengthen provider relationships, enhance physician engagement, and drive initiatives that expand our network and improve population health outcomes. The manager will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, physicians, and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and governance that align with our mission of delivering high-value, patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience in provider relations and health plan operations
  • Proven expertise in provider contracting and credentialing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of the physician market and value-based care models.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or related field
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Ten years preferred of experience in provider relations and health plan operations
  • Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provider Growth & Network Expansion: Drive strategic initiatives to grow the IHP network through targeted provider recruitment and onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and payer strategies.
  • Physician Engagement: Develop and oversee programs that strengthen relationships with physicians, promote collaboration, and enhance satisfaction within the network.
  • Credentialing & Compliance: Provide direct oversight of credentialing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing that meets regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Governance & Committee Support: Serve as the operational lead for the Network Admission Committee and other provider-led workstreams, ensuring effective decision-making and adherence to governing policies.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations of the ACO and CIN, including roster management, provider contracting, and budget oversight, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (analytics, clinical programs, IT, finance, payer strategy) and external entities to support population health objectives and value-based care contracts.
