About The Position

This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Cincinnati, OH) and partially from home. What you do: Creates a high performing culture through the development and coaching of team leaders and supervisors to fully engage and lead associates through learning and using business resources. Addresses the overall business process needs of the service units by assessing and providing a solution to service training needs around processes and systems in a continuous improvement environment. Identifies and resolves problems for both internal & external parties while maintaining adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures. Develops partnerships within the organization to engage in cross-functional business activities and collaborating to ensure a common service delivery and building consensus to ensure all processes and service metrics benefit the customer. Supervises and evaluates the workflow and associates in the functional area. Measures productivity and performance, and manages processes to meet established goals and objectives. Analyzes workflow and procedures for possible cost savings and improvement in the service delivery. Works with other departments on new products, sales campaigns, and other initiatives to ensure that use of our resources and technology is effective and efficient, and that we have a smooth introduction to our customers and field force. Assumes responsibility for special projects and participates on teams within the company to achieve established department and corporate goals. Establishes and utilizes overarching knowledge of systems, business processes, and partner organizations to effectively manage day-to-day projects and continuous improvement opportunities. Leads budgeting functions and expense management. What you bring: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 4-7 years of related experience, with a preference for experience in the life insurance industry. 2-4 years of supervisory experience. Requirements
