About The Position
The position involves driving strategic initiatives for program management and function planning within Mahindra Trucks and Buses Business. The role requires executing strategic projects in collaboration with senior leadership, developing and leading agreements and contracts for both internal and external collaborations, and driving digitization in product development and MPDS development. The candidate will also be responsible for developing best practices for program management and ensuring their propagation throughout the organization. Additionally, the role includes contributing to the Master Project Plan, coordinating with internal and external agencies, resolving concerns through stakeholder coordination, and being aware of risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
