The position involves strategic program management and resource planning for Mahindra Trucks and Buses Business. The role requires leading resource management strategies to ensure seamless project delivery, overseeing contracts and agreements with manpower stakeholders, and spearheading work contracts with third-party vendors for manpower and project outsourcing. The individual will partner with senior leadership and function stakeholders to ensure resource availability and will be responsible for reviewing and approving manpower costs incurred across multiple manpower verticals. Additionally, the role includes leading team building and culture building across the product development function, managing the deployment of approximately 400+ headcount across functions, executing strategic projects with senior leadership, and developing best practices for resource management to propagate throughout the organization.
